Commercial Challenge: Drive high-value vehicle upgrades and test-drive conversions among existing owners and high-intent prospects. The strategic objective was to overcome traditional CRM fatigue and stimulate immediate purchase intent by designing highly tactile, physical-to-digital product experiences.

GTM Strategy & Execution: Developed a targeted acquisition strategy bridging physical hardware with seamless digital lead generation. For the Range Rover Evoque, we architected a custom prospect pack featuring an embedded "Engine ON" button that instantly activated a live test-drive request and retailer callback. For the Jaguar F-Type V8, we engineered a multimedia poster integrating synchronised light and audio to dramatise vehicle performance and specifically target legacy owners for upgrades.

Commercial Outcome: Delivered exceptional unit economics and direct revenue across both campaigns. The Evoque execution generated a 44% physical engagement rate (against a 2-3% industry benchmark), driving 2,000+ test drives and 100 direct vehicle sales for a 24:1 ROI. The F-Type campaign converted 5,000 targeted packs into 971 track day attendees and 155 high-ticket vehicle sales, achieving a 55:1 ROI. Both executions also dominated industry recognition, securing "Best Use of Tech" at the Campaign Tech Awards and multiple DMA Golds and Silvers.
